Should Whitley County government contribute $100,000 to the proposed Russel & Evelyn Fahl Aquatics Center in Columbia City in order that county residents avoid paying a higher usage rate than city residents?
Of course. It will be an overall Whitley County quality-of-life facility.
No way. The county can use $100,000 for other projects.
