RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Cheese hash browns

Cheese Hash Browns
1 pkg. Shredded has browns potatoes
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except the hash browns. Place hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Add mixture to has browns and stir until well mixed. Bake for 45 minutes.
