FORT WAYNE — A Fort Wayne OBGYN doctor recently agreed to a suspension of his license after admitting he had sexual relationships with several of his patients.

Dr. Cortney Schwartz, obstetrics and gynecology physician, who practiced with Womens Health Advantage in Fort Wayne, voluntarily reported to the Indiana Medical Licensing Board director that he engaged in sexual relationships with multiple patients, dating back to 2008 or 2009.

Schwartz admitted to engaging in personal relationships with up to as many as 12 women who were either his patients or patients of other doctors in his practice. The doctor agreed to enter a residential treatment program in Kansas starting on Nov. 30.
