Whitko ties Eastbrook

SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko’s girls soccer team tied Eastbrook Wednesday.

The Lady Wildcats and Lady Panthers ended the game 1-1.

Whitko got its goal in the first half. Reghan Craig put the ball in the net unassisted.

Eastbrook had its chance in the second half, getting a goal on a penalty kick.

For the game, Whitko had 15 shots on goal overall. Goalkeeper Jordan Hall had eight saves for the Lady Wildcats.

Whitko is now 5-3-5 for the season and next plays at Blackford Saturday.

Wildcats fall to Panthers

SOUTH WHITLEY — Whitko’s boys soccer team lost to Eastbrook Wednesday. The Panthers shut out the Wildcats by a final score of 4-0.

Eastbrook scored two goals in each half to bring the game to its final margin.

Whitko is now 2-10 and hosts Rochester tonight.
