NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
By virtue of a certifed copy of a Decree to me directed from the
Clerk of Circuit Court of Whitley County, Indiana, in Cause No. 92C01-
1311-MF-625 wherein Habitat for Humanity of Whitley County, Inc.
was Plaintiff, and Jason Patridge, Nicole Patridge, Snow & Sauerteig,
Star Financial Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis,
and Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority were
Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said
Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest
bidder, on the 17th day of July, 2014 at the hour of 2:00 p.m., of said
day, at 101 W. Market St., Columbia City, Indiana 46725, the fee simple
of the whole body of Real Estate in Whitley County, Indiana:
Lot Number 7 in West Side Addition to the City of Columbia
City, Indiana.
Commonly known as 608 West Ellsworth Street, Columbia City,

Parcel #92-06-10-561-007.000-004
Subject to all easements and restrictions of record not otherwise
extinguished in the proceedings known as Cause No. 92C01-1311-
MF-625 in the Circuit Court of the County of Whitley, Indiana
and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due,
delinquent or which are to become a lien.
Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement
laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale
shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser
shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or
the Mortgagee’s attorney.
