WATER MAIN BREAK CAUSES CLOSURE: U.S. 30 resurfacing project continues

COLUMBIA CITY — A Sunday water main break on Ind. 9 in Columbia City caused additional road closures in the city limits early today. Sunday morning, fire departments were dispatched to multiple factories with reports of sprinkler alarms — all at the same time — which is typically a signal that there was a drop in water pressure.
