TURKEY: Semi hits turkey on U.S. 30; none injured

COLUMBIA CITY — A turkey nearly went through the windshield of a semi truck on U.S. 30 Monday morning.

The tractor-trailer was headed westbound on U.S. 30 near the intersection of Ind. 205, when a turkey hit the windshield, shattering it.

The driver was uninjured in the crash.
