Firefighters from four different Whitley County fire departments assisted in a Columbia Township fire Tuesday morning. Firefighters were called to 1260 W. Keiser Road at approximately 9 a.m. The residence, owned by Todd Sroufe, received heavy damage. Pictured, Joe Jackson of Cleveland Township uses an axe to create ventilation for firefighters inside.
