TRICK-OR-TREAT: Hours set by Col. City

COLUMBIA CITY — The City of Columbia City announced Tuesday that trick-or-treat will be held between the hours of 6 to 8 p.m. on Halloween night, Oct. 31.
Government officials are urging citizens to use caution while driving on that night as hundreds of children will be going door to door throughout Columbia City collecting candy.
The fire department will also be handing out candy and glow sticks at the Columbia City Fire Station.
The Post & Mail will publish trick or treat times for South Whitley and Churubusco as soon as they are made available, as well as information on Halloween-related events throughout the rest of Whitley County.
