Steam sets off alarm at Col. City church

COLUMBIA CITY — Steam set off a fire alarm at a local church yesterday.

Alarms rang at Grace Lutheran Church at 9:48 a.m. Thursday morning.

Columbia City’s fire department was dispatched to the scene. The cause of the alarm was steam from a pot that was boiling.
