COLUMBIA CITY — A man under a 10-year sentence had his incarceration time modified in Whitley County Circuit Court Monday.

William Mullins, 21, was sentenced to 10 years in 2010 for two counts of burglary, one charge of theft and one charge of robbery.

Mullins has been on work release for more than a year.
