In search of the ring

Children at the Peabody Public Library celebrated J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” Tuesday with a party.

Four teams participated in a scavenger hunt, following clues throughout the library in search of their own “ring.” Party goers dug in a wading pool full of sand to search for “treasure.”
