Ruth Imler, 91

Ruth Rozelma Imler, 91, of Sebring, Fla, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011, at her home. She was born Jan. 29, 1920, to Alfred W. and Ethel M. (Gripe) Kyler in Pierceton, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1987, coming from Columbia City. She was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, gardening and being outdoors. She also enjoyed playing cards with her friends and family.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Harold) Fosnaugh of Warsaw, Rebecca Imler of Sebring and Diane Imler of Sebring; a son, Dan Imler of Albion; and sister, Ruby Hossler of Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Russell Imler in 2007 and brothers, Max and Merl Kyler.
Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bougainvillea Cemetery in Avon Park, Fla. with Rev. W. Mike Adams officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, Florida 33870.
