Scalloped Ham and Potatoes in the Crock
6 1/4-inch slices ham
6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in the crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add half the cheese. Repeat layers. Spread soup over top completely covering the potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
