Patricia Horn, 74

Patricia A. Horn, 74, of Columbia City, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at her residence. Born on Jan. 3, 1938, in Warsaw, she was the daughter of Maurice and Helen (Hively) Fancil.
She graduated from Warsaw High School and married Billy D. Horn on July 17, 1958, in Warsaw. Pat spent her lifetime in Warsaw, Fort Wayne and Columbia City.
She first worked at Magnavox for 10 years, then was an assembler for Dana Corporation for 12 years and worked part-time for 15 years for Class Act Cleaners. She was a member of Warsaw Church of God.
Surviving relatives include her husband of 53 years, Billy D. Horn of Columbia City; five children, Kimberlin (Robert) Sweet, Billy J. R. Horn, Chrisdeana (Howard) Welch all of Columbia City, Sonia (Christopher) Welch, and Deana (Sean) Roof, both of Fort Wayne; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four brothers; James Fancil and Don (Nancy) Fancil both of Fort Wayne, Maurice (Carol) Fancil of Largo, Fla. and one sister, Janice (Gene) Fisher of Fort Wayne.
She is preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Rocky and Maurice Horn; one daughter, Cynthia Horn and one sister Peggy McClain.
Visitation will be Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. with funeral services immediately following at 2 p.m. with Sharon Brockhaus, Certified Funeral Celebrant officiating.
Committal services with family and friends will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Monday at 10 a.m.
Memorials may be given in memory of Mrs. Horn to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
