Carnival rides from Poor Jackâ€™s Amusement were parked at the Whitley County 4-H Fairgrounds Monday morning, waiting to setup for the 100th Old Settlers Day & American Legion Festival. The five-day festival begins today and will conclude Saturday night. Midway attractions open daily at 5 p.m. with extended hours Thursday and Saturday â€” opening at 1 p.m.
