Meth charges net S.W. 12-year sentence

COLUMBIA CITY — A former South Whitley man arrested in February on drug charges was sentenced to 12 years in jail Monday in Whitley County Circuit Court.
Isaiah A. Neer, 28, pleaded guilty last month to possession of methamphetamine, possession of two or more pre-cursors to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
