Mayor: Departments shine during outage

COLUMBIA CITY – Mayor James Fleck gave high praise to city departments Tuesday regarding their handling of the Saturday, July 2 power outage caused by high winds and heavy storms.
Fleck cited several departments, including water, sewer and electric who performed well during the Fourth of July weekend outage.
