LARWILL â Members of the Larwill Town Council approved the day and time for trick-or-treat at their meeting Thursday.
âIt will be Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m.,â said Clerk-Treasurer Renee Sills.
Sills said the sheriffâs department is usually on patrol every Halloween as children go from door to door.

A motion was approved to adopt the budget that has been appropriately advertised.
The new heating and cooling for the Larwill Town Hall has been tabled as the bids expired on a 30-day time limit.
âThe bids are no longer good,â said Larwill Town Attorney Greg Hockemeyer. âIf you wanted to table that, Renee could double check to see if there is any way they want to revive those or if they want to still be bound by them.â
The council had a garbage contract request come in for 2013.
âIâm just letting you know that I will be sending out letters for proposals,â said Sills to the council.
Sills also told the council it will have to sign the sheriff contract next month and the attorney contract that is coming up in December.
