NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
By virtue of an Order of Sale, directed to me from the Clerk of the
Whitley Circuit Court and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure
entered on May 12, 2014, I will expose to public sale to the highest
bidder for cash in hand, at the offce of the Sheriff of Whitley County, in
Whitley County, Indiana, located at 101 W. Market St., Columbia City,
IN 46725 on August 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM Local Time, the fee simple
title together with the rents, profts, issues and income or so much
thereof as may be suffcient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and
accruing costs of the following described real estate located in Whitley
County, Indiana, to-wit:
The South 88 feet of Lot Number 33 in Frank Harold’s Addition to
Blue Lake Resort, as recorded in the Plat thereof, in the Offce of the
Recorder of Whitley County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 6869 East Harrold Road, Churubusco, IN
46723-9769
State Parcel Number: 92-04-15-603-033.000-009
This sale is to be made in all respects pursuant to an act of the General
Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 7, 1931, and
entitled An act concerning proceedings in actions to foreclose real
estate mortgages, providing for the sale and custody of the mortgaged
premises and repealing all laws conficting therewith (see Indiana
Code).
It is further provided by law that there shall be no redemption from
such sale, and the purchaser at such sale, upon complying with the
terms of his purchase, shall be entitled to immediately receive from the
undersigned, Sheriff of Whitley County, a deed conveying to him, the
purchaser, the fee simple title in and to said real estate.
Taken as the property of the Defendant(s) stated above at the suit
of Green Tree Servicing LLC. Said sale to be without relief from
valuation and/or appraisement laws.

The Plaintiffs to the Defendants above named, and any other person
who may be concerned.
You are hereby notifed that you have been sued in the Court above
named.
The nature of the suit against you is: Action to Quiet Title to Real
Estate.
This summons by publication is specifcally directed to the
following defendants whose whereabouts are unknown: William Barber
and Leona M. Barber, and to the widows, heirs, devisees, and next
of kin of decedents, all of whose names or addresses are unknown to
Plaintiffs.
In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this
summons there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this
law suit.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiffs arising from
the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written
answer.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney,
on or before the 1st day of September, 2014, (the same being within
thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do
so a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has
demanded.

Behalf Of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust And For
