By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Whitley County, Indiana, in Cause No. 92C01-1310-MF-521, wherein Crossroads Bank was plaintiff, and Joshua R. This program is funded by Title I of the Housing and Community Development act of 1974, as amended. These funds are to be used for economic development, public facilities, and housing projects. The proposed developments/repairs will be located in Whitley County Indiana. Exact addresses are not yet assigned. The primary purpose of this application shall be for AgingIn-Place Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) for Low to ModerateIncome residents. Habitat for Humanity of Whitley County, Inc will hold an open public hearing to provide citizens an opportunity to express their views on community development, housing needs, past community development and housing activities, and the proposed Aging-In-Place Owner Occupied Rehabilitation program. There are no anticipated displacement of any households related to this grant.
