ISMS beats Carroll

HUNTERTOWN — Indian Springs Middle School’s wrestling team traveled to Carroll Middle School for a conference-rival match.

The Eagles of ISMS fought hard and beat the Chargers by a score of 44-33.

Victorious for the Eagles in the varsity lineup were: AJ Chapin, Braden Baker, Jacob Wigent, Hunter Reed, Matt Wright, Seth Rosen, Jacob Whitehead, Jacob Elkins, Jackson Wilcoxson and Weston Ottinger.

Picking up victories in the J.V. matches were: AJ Chapin, Braden Baker, Brenden Schaper, Andrew McDaniel, Jacob Wigent, Tate Homan, Dylan McClure, Jon O’Dell, Courtney Clingerman, Josh Pequignot, Trevor Fries, Karson Ryder, Tyler Hare, Seth Rosen, Jacob Morse, Trevor Strete, Jake Elkins, Mydrae Brown, Jackson Wilcoxson and Weston Ottinger.

ISMS is at home this Thursday against Wawasee. On Saturday, the Eagles will host the ISMS Invitational beginning at 9 a.m.
