Homestead ground Eagles 4-2

    CC senior Grant Wood catches air while on the attack in the first half of the Eagles game at Homestead Tuesday night. Columbia City stood toe-to-toe with the Spartans for nearly the entire first half tied 1-1. Two goals with under four minutes left in the first half put Homestead up 3-1 before going on to beat Columbia City 4-2. Senior Devin Rice scored a goal in each half of the Eagles loss that drops them to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the NHC.
