HEAVY RAINS: Thunderstorms continue

(Aug. 22, 2014) -- Thunderstorms which are building throughout the area this morning will bring heavy rainfall of 2 to 3″ before 8 a.m. There is a Flash Flood Warning out for most of the area.After the rain ends the heat and humidity turn on making this one of the most uncomfortable weekends of the year and temperatures closing in on 90 through early next week.This hot weather does not look it will break until late in the week next week.
