Gregory Ranly, 65

Gregory W. Ranly , 65, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Gregory worked as a Advanced Planning Coordinator with Dana for 38 years.
He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Purdue University, a U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, and a member of the American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Mary Ann Ranly; daughter, Lori (Eric) Folkestad of Indianapolis; stepsons, Michael (Laura) Lapp of Fort Wayne, Mark (Tedra) Lapp of Fort Wayne and Ronald Lapp of Columbia City; brother, Mark (Nancy) Ranly of Decatur; sisters, Linda (Gary) Franze of Fort Wayne, Cynthia (James) Roehling of Columbia City, Cheryl (Matthew) Pape of Fort Wayne and Melaine (Michael) Dold of Hamilton and grandchildren, Jared and Josh Folkestad, Tesia Watson, Logan, Hannah, Meghan, Christian, Emma, Melanie and Charlie Lapp.
Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, William S. and Bernadette Ranly.

Mass of Christian Burial is Saturday, 11 a.m. at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. FR Andrew Budzinski will be officiating.

Calling will also be Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd. with a vigil at 7 p.m. The burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
Memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Indiana Chapter or Masses.
