DONE DEAL: County chamber sells building

COLUMBIA CITY — The Whitley County Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday it had closed on the sale of its office building, located at the corner of Line and Jackson streets in downtown Columbia City.
The building, which had housed the chamber offices, was purchased by Angela Grable-Garcia, owner of Grable & Associates Realty. Grable-Garcia, a member of the chamber, plans to open at the location in August.
Closing on the sale was July 11, according to a chamber press release.
