CROP YIELDS: Ticket for crops lowest since 2010

COLUMBIA CITY — “Knee high by the fourth of July,” is the old adage used to asses the progress of corn crops. Now that most fields have stalks stretching seven-feet tall, farmers are preparing for high yields.
