IN COURT: Col. City man faces sex charges

June 14, 2013

Bradley Kincaid

COLUMBIA CITY — A Columbia City man arrested last week for sexual misconduct with a minor had his first appearance in court Monday.

Bradley Kincaid, 20, was arrested June 7 for allegedly having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl.

Kincaid pleaded not guilty and stated in court he would represent himself instead of hiring an attorney or having a public defender.

According to case reports, Columbia City Detective Chip Stephenson received a complaint from a woman who said her 14-year-old daughter had intercourse with a 20-year-old, who she identified to law enforcement officials as Kincaid.
