Col. City produces engagement app

September 13, 2013

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City Mayor Ryan Daniel recently announced another citizen engagement component for residents and visitors of Columbia City.

“I’m happy to announce our community now has an Android version of our popular ‘My Columbia City’ app,” said Daniel.

Last September, the City of Columbia City rolled out an iPhone/iPad app that allows for citizens to locate the nearest city park, retrieve elected official information, or view the city’s tax budget.

Another feature of the app allows individuals to report issues like potholes, high grass or graffiti directly to the city.

“We’re excited to provide the Android version of this engagement tool to our citizens and visitors alike,” said Daniel.
