Col. City preps for Mississinewa

COLUMBIA CITY â€” Columbia Cityâ€™s boys basketball team is working for its first sectional title since 2011, advancing to the semi-final game Friday night in the Norwell Sectional against Mississinewa.
The Indians are 13-7, and finished off the regular season with a four-game win streak, topped off with a victory over New Castle, 51-43.
â€śThey had a really good year,â€ť Columbia City Head Coach Chris Benedict said.
Columbia City fell to New Castle in the holiday tournament, 52-47, but Benedict said the Eagles have improved since that game.
