CANOPY CATERPILLARS: DNR to apply gypsy moth solution in aerial spray

County Commissioners have agreed to allow the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to conduct an aerial treatment for gypsy moths during the next two months.

In May, low flying aircraft will apply a bacteria that will control newly emerged caterpillars in tree canopies.
