September 7, 2013

GOSHEN — Churubusco's football team held Prairie Heights to seven yards of rushing, and the Eagles shut out their conference foe 34-0 Friday night.

On defense, ’Busco only gave up 54 yards, with a squad led by Teegan Brumbaugh, who tallied several tackles for losses.

"Our defense played great," Churubusco Head Coach Paul Sade said.

The Eagle defense forced seven turnovers — four fumble recoveries and three interceptions by Beau Barkley, Hayden Kilgore and Dakota Labenz.
