BREAKING NEWS: Whitko to hold community meetings on school construction

PIERCETON (Jan. 14, 2014) -- Whitko Community School Corporation Superintendent Steve Clason announced that two meetings will be held regarding the district's construction projects.

South Whitley Elementary School will undergo a remodeling project in June. A meeting will be held Monday, Jan. 20 at 6:30 p.m. to hear updates on the project and specifics on the construction plans. The community will be able to ask questions and give feedback on the proposed plan.

Another meeting will be held Jan. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Pierceton Elementary School for the same purpose. Schematics and plans will be revealed for the new school which will start construction in June.
