BREAKING THE BANK: Back-to-school costs on the rise

COLUMBIA CITY — Schools are back in session throughout Whitley County, and the back-to-school season has parents concerned with the increasing expenses for education. Michelle Heckaman-Lesley is the mother of three and commented on The Post & Mails’ Facebook page as to her overall expenses for school supplies and book fees.
