Attempted rape trial moved to March

COLUMBIA CITY — A man accused of attempting to rape a 13-year-old girl had a new trial date announced Monday.Dustin A. Nimtz, 19, of Columbia City, was set to stand trial later this month.His attorney, Anthony Churchward, made a motion to have the trial date moved to 2014.Prosecutor Matt Rentschler agreed, and both parties resolved to have a trial, by jury, March 25 at 9 a.m.To read the rest of this story, see the Dec. 3 issue of The Post and Mail.
