ARMED FORCES DAY: Vet recalls Nagasaki bombing

May 17, 2013

COLUMBIA CITY — A few weeks ago, April 8 to be exact, Whitley County resident and long-time farmer, Bill Barney observed his 90th birthday — that in itself is worth celebrating.
