Editor’s note: All three Whitley County high school principals were asked to nominate three students who they deemed up and coming leaders.
Each student was asked a series of questions and will be highlighted during the next week. A boy and girl will be selected by The Post & Mail as the overall Leaders of Tomorrow.
SOUTH WHITLEY — Tiffany Schuman is a senior at Whitko High School.
Q: What activities are you involved in at school or within the community?
A: “I am involved in FFA, musicals and plays, gospel choir, SADD, english academic superbowl team, Leadership Whitley County, church, National Honor Society and 4-H.”
Q: What groups or organizations have you volunteered with?
A: “I willingly volunteer my time with Junior Achievement teaching first graders about family. I volunteered with the Salvation Army ringing bells and with Toys for Tots buying gifts for children. I have volunteered in other ways with National Honor Society and 4-H.”
