Churubusco senior Dakota Barkley hoists the IHSAA Sectional Trophy Saturday night at Woodlan after the Eagles vanquished Eastside 65-56. It was the Eagles first sectional victory in the 99-year-history of the high school.

This cancellation was requested by the Columbia City Police Department.

COLUMBIA CITY — In a new study, Columbia City has ranked once again in the Top 20 of safest cities in Indiana.
The study was conducted by the National Council for Home Safety and Security, located in Washington D.C.
Columbia City Mayor Ryan Daniel, pictured center, signed a proclamation Thursday declaring March as Disability Awareness Month in the community. At the City Hall proclamation signing were a number of representatives from Passages, Inc.
