Brinda F. Rowe, 64, of Columbia City, passed away at 9:36 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Born March 14, 1950 in Sayersville, Ky., she was the daughter of Nollin and Helen (Rowe) Collins.
She graduated from Union City High School in Marshall, Mich. with the Class of 1968.
